I’ve been there. I KNEW I needed to make a change. After all, I’m a nurse practitioner. I know the risks of being more than 100 pounds over my healthy weight. And I was stuck.

With SO much health and wellness advice out there, I had no idea where to start…again. I’d already tried everything at one point or another. I’d tried Weight Watchers, South Beach, the Keto diet, and a Vegan diet. The list could go on and on. They all felt like a struggle. And, at some point with each of those programs, I gave up. I didn’t know whether I was even capable of trying one more time to change my habits. Not to mention, when you’re exhausted and discouraged, figuring out where to start feels impossible. 
I really needed to stop saying SOMEDAY or TOMORROW. And I needed a clear, simple path to get started.

When someone told me about success on their simple plan, I decided to take a chance. That was 11 weeks ago—and since then, I’ve lost 40 pounds and counting. My energy is up, and my blood pressure is no longer scary. Better yet, I no longer wake up wondering how I’m going to get through the day. I’m learning healthy habits, eating 6x per day, and seeing consistent progress.

I still have about 70 pounds to go, but for the first time in a long time, I genuinely feel hopeful—and confident—that I can get there.
